BXP Secures 230K SF in Leases at 360 Park Avenue South

BXP has secured 230,000 square feet of new and expansion leases at 360 Park Avenue South. As a result, the 450,000-square-foot building is now more than 90 percent leased. Strong demand continues to be seen from a diverse tenant base.

The largest expansion was completed by Optiver, a global market-making firm. The company added 92,000 square feet, bringing its total footprint to 115,000 square feet. As a result, Optiver has significantly increased its presence within the building.

In addition, several new tenants have been secured. Marriott International leased 23,000 square feet for corporate offices supporting its Luxury Group. Meanwhile, Hunter Point Capital committed to 46,000 square feet.

Trexquant also signed a 23,000-square-foot lease for its New York office. At the same time, Betches Media secured 23,000 square feet. Additionally, infrastructure platform Vercel leased another 23,000 square feet.

As a result, leasing momentum has remained strong at the property. Ultimately, the building has been positioned as a highly desirable office destination in Manhattan.
