Eric brings over 18 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, distinguishing himself as a seasoned professional, broker and capital markets veteran. Grad will play a key role in spearheading the growth, recruitment, and development of WCRE New York.
Prior to joining WCRE, Eric was a Vice President at Colliers International, where he closely collaborated with owners on investment sales, refinances and lease referrals nationwide. Before his tenure at Colliers, he served as an investment sales broker at Marcus & Millichap. Eric began his career in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst for BNP Paribas, where he participated in several debt issuances, recapitalizations and liquidity events.

December 2023 – Present:
Managing Principal | WCRE New York
Grad assumes the role of Managing Principal for WCRE NY, spearheading the growth and development for the firm. His primary focus centers upon nurturing existing relationships while stewarding the expansion. Eric’s expertise will be pivotal in representing owners, landlords, tenants, and buyers across several sectors including investment, medical, office, retail, and industrial properties.
April 2019 – November 2023:
Vice President | Investment Sales | Colliers International
Eric Grad focused on investment sales working closely with owners to secure deal flow. He orchestrated various transactions in addition to refinances and lease referrals nationwide.
December 2013 – April 2019:
Vice President, Investments | Net Leased Properties Group | Marcus & Millichap
Eric secured relationships with developers and completed a multitude of transactions for single and multi-tenant office and industrial properties nationally.
December 2013 – August 2014:
Capital Markets Analyst | JGWPT Holdings, Inc.
Eric Grad was the sole analyst and represented the firm on over $590MM of debt issuances. He created and designed investment offerings and financial models for the firm as well as streamlining their Asset-Backed Securitization platform.

Eric sourced and analyzed investment opportunities for a large private equity fund that focused on infrastructure and energy technologies.
