Andrew initially started with WCRE as a Research Intern in January 2023. After recently graduating in May 2024 from the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a degree in Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the Smeal College of Business and received a certificate from Penn State’s Real Estate Analysis & Development (READ) program, he has officially joined the firm as a full-time Research Analyst and Advisor.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
During his time at Penn State, Andrew participated in numerous campus organizations such as Penn State Hillel and the Penn State Finance Society. Andrew will utilize his experience with WCRE and his education to assist the sales, marketing, and property management teams with financial analysis, market research, prospecting, and more.
